This is why I believe the 50% Kurama belief is invalid. Bijuu are easily able to regenerate so there's no reason why either part of the Kyuubi would still be 50%

If 10% of each Bijuu can eventually create a 100% Juubi, I'm sure the Kyuubi can regenerate itself after 17 years.

I've been getting that vibe too. Really strange how part of piece can eventually make a whole if Bijuu can't recover its chakra somehow. It probably takes longer to regenerate than them just using up their chakra as opposed to it being sealed but I feel like the manga has implied that chakra can definitely be replenished for the Bijuus if it is somehow taken away.

Think of the Juubi as a big pizza. Now, you want to split this pizza and give it to 9 people per each equally. You will divide the Juubi's power by 9, and each Bijuu would receive a 10% of Juubi's power, thus making them equal in terms of Chakra.

The Juubi revived had somewhere around 70% of its Bijuu's power, and it managed to recollect more of it by gathering Natural Energy. How is Kurama greater than its source of power?

What are you basing these percentages on? Since when does one extra tail suggest double the strength? Hachibi is multiple times stronger than the 7 tails, and 50% Kyuubi is several times stronger than the Hachibi. Your calculations are based on what, may I ask? The Juubi definitely has much more chakra, double Kurama's largest TBB explosion ever created and it doesn't begin to match the TBB tree's explosion radius. There's a reason the Juubi grants Rikudo's chakra whereas the Kyuubi doesn't.
