How did Sasuke outspend Naruto when he used the katon jutsu as a feint to hide his movements which Naruto still sensed and evade? To say Sasuke's Katon forced Naruto to go into RM is like saying Naruto's based forced Sasuke to go Sharingan in all of their fights, he moded up knowing the fight was starting. How was Sasuke not wanting to kill Naruto? He out right told Naruto he wanted too and went through the trouble of setting up chidori, Naruto dodged it; get over it. How was Naruto's tbb fully powered when all Naruto did was form it and fired as Sasuje was charging him? That's not close to being the same as if he charged it to further power it up.

Sasuke was fighting Naruto as he would fight (that is Sasuke's fighting style to start close up then move into ninjutsus) while Naruto wasn't fighting as he normally would which Sasuke commented on.
