Looking for some good hip-hop/rap recommendations

So, I'm usually a rock and folk kind of guy when it comes to my music, but lately I've been getting into the hip-hop and rap genres, little by little. Big fan of guys like Atmosphere, El-P, Flobots/Johnny 5, Wu-Tang Clan, and some Kanye West. Kind of seeking other artists which might be along those lines within the genre. Any tips? Still have to make a run of Jay Z, but other than that and Spotify/Pandora recs, I don't really know where to go from here.

Never was a huge fan of Jay-Z.
My recommendation would go to Common.
Nas for the old school and J. Cole with some new school.
Love atmosphere,He toured with an artist named Evidence once some years ago.
Check him out, he has a pretty good album.

By Kanye, my faves are probably Power, Who Gon Stop Me, No Church in the Wild, a lot of the later stuff. Haven't acclimated to the earlier stuff yet for whatever reason.
