If Sasuke wanted to, Naruto would be dead, clearly he's holding back, Naruto is as well it seems as Sasuke suggested, I think Sasuke doesn't want to simply kill Naruto, he's like Vegeta, he wants to crush Naruto fighting him at full power.

Yes, when the chidori was meant for shocking and not piercing... Naruto also attack with a tail beast bomb first, but he surely is holding back.

normal-sized bijuudama is Narutoʻs strongest technique when weʻve seen a hundred chapters ago naruto could make bijuudamas hundreds of times larger.

Yet at the same time, a chidori thousands of times larger than a normal one coming from PS is a ʻbasic chidoriʻ.

I'm prettty sure it was Naruto fans saying he would wreck Naruto without even using BM LOL. Sasukes chidori struck him fail. Kami Susanoo pushed him to the limit. Sasuke didn't even extend his chidori because if he did both instances would have killed Naruto or injured him much worst then he was.

All of last week, Sasuke fans made it pretty clearly if Sasuke used his teleporting and chidori, Naruto wouldn't be able to react

It's proven correct now. Naruto wouldn't have been able to dodge this. He managed to graze off a regular chidori but this one has a range that can extend 10 meters I think.
