I'm going with Newgate by feats.

Garp casually destroyed mountains with his punches in his prime. I doubt that WB or Jozu could do that without getting help from their DFs.

Whitebeard is physically the strongest from what we've seen so far. Everyone else is all hype and speculations U_U

Prime Garp, Prime WB and Prime Roger were all more or less on the same level, with it going Roger>=Newgate>=Garp. Newgate casually picked up a giant and tossed him aside with one arm, I'm sure he possesses the physical strength to do what Garp did. For all we know Garp was able to destroy those mountains because of his Busoshoku, which would fall into the same principle as Newgate using his DF.

well no. it only hardens his fist. not add strength. he still needs to have godly strength in order to pulverize a mountain using just his bare fist. wherein wb's df... any char can do that.

Buso: Koka increased Vergo's muscle mass, so it's not much of a stretch to say it can increase strength.

Not really, CoA is a birthright since everyone in OP is born with the potential to awaken it, unlike DFs. If Prime Whitebeard without his DF was on par with Garp in terms of strength, then there must have been a big gap between Garp and a Prime WB with his DF.

Natural vs unnatural doesn't matter in this context as both are enhancers/aids to already existing strength. If Newgate can't destroy a mountain without Quakes makes him below mountain level with strength, then Garp being unable to do the same without Haki also makes him below mountain level in the sense that Newgate is.

Garp should be the physical strongest. Not only it's all he has but it's what he used to be close to Whitebeard/Roger in strength. Jozu shouldn't be far behind though considering he has the best strength feat in the manga so far(and yes the iceberg feat is more impressive than whatever Garp did so far)

Garp easily destroyed like 8 mountains to fight DCJ, that's more impressive.

The iceberg Jozu destroyed is easily comparable to a mountain in size. Not to mention Kuzan's ice is much more durable than hard-rock(or even steel for the matter). It was withstanding canon balls and even Kizaru's lasers easily. Not to mention the weight difference. Besides, Garp never said he destroyed them in one-go, let alone with one punch. For all we know, it took him a lot amount of time to accomplish that

Your own argument proves u wrong here. Lets ignore Roger as we don't need him. Garp and WB are on the same level but WB needs most powerful DF in OP world after YYNM to be on that level where as Garp entirely depends on his physical capabilities which means that Garp is better than WB in this department.

OT: Feats : Jozu

Hype: Garp.

I really wanna go with Garp.

He is known for his ridiculous strength feats alone.
