As Soifon sees the kunai she reaches in her back ninja pouch and takes out a kunai and infuses it with wind chakra in quickly throwing it a the kunai aimed for her.

Unfortunately, her aim was off, the kunai whizzes past it and kills her as her kunai flies off harmlessly into the sunset

Vegeta then makes one hand seal, releasing a surge of lightning bolts that destroy all the kunai, and everything else not on Vegeta or infused with chakra, including all of Soifon's clothing, leaving her...butt naked 0_0

These lightning bolts however are extremely unique, they do not aim for the user but more so attempt to attach itself towards any metal or conductive material to lightning (Metal, Paper, fabric, etc) that are non-chakra infused. The lightning will tear through these material's with ease completely negating them in use. This however is limited in mobility, this technique can only be used with constructs it affects by destroying them as they are out on the battlefield and not in the opponents pouch.
