A lot of Sasuke fans have been saying that in today's chapter, Sasuke has shown himself to be stronger. However, there is proof that Naruto is not using his full power. Now keep in mind that I am not saying that Naruto > Sasuke and that I know that Sasuke has not used his 100% full power yet either. I am just saying that fans are judging too soon. Here is why:
The battle started with a clash of arms followed by a fireball jutsu, which Naruto dispersed with a chakara arm. Now note that Naruto had chakara arms well before getting senjutsu of the six paths.
Sasuke then proceeded to hit Naruto with chidori and knock him off of the statue. He then shot 3 susanoo arrows at Naruto, which Naruto negated with Gudoudamas. Note that Naruto did not use the truth seeking balls offensively here, but defensively.
Sasuke then went into perfect susanoo and clashed with Naruto who went into his Kurama shroud (a shroud Naruto could manifest before getting senjutsu of the six paths).
The two clashed for awhile and the clash culminated in Naruto shooting a bijuudama (which he could do well before getting senjutsu of the six paths) and Sasuke clashing with that bijuudama using a perfect susanoo chidori.
Now, let's analyze all of the jutsus that Naruto has used in this fight thus far:
1. Chakara arms: Obtained well before senjutsu of six paths.
2. Truth Seeking Balls: Used only defensively
3. Kurama Shroud: Obtained when he got bijuu mode
4. Bijuudama: Obtained when he got bijuu mode.
Now we all know that senjutsu of the six paths is currently Naruto's full power. 3 out of 4 of the abilities listed above were not actually attributes of senjutsu of the six paths. They were abilities that Naruto had in basic bijuu mode (and even KCM in the case of chakara arms). The one ability (truth seeking balls) that Naruto used that is attributed to senjutsu of the six paths was only used in defense and wasn't actually used to attack Sasuke (and truth seeking balls have devastating offensive power as shown by Obito when he was the juubi's jinchuuriki).
Furthermore, since obtaining senjutsu of the six paths, Naruto has gained the powers of all of the other bijuus in addition to Kurama and the ability to add wind style to his bijuudamas and truth seeking balls. Naruto did none of this thus far.
In summation, on account of the fact that Naruto hasn't really used any of the powers granted to him by senjutsu of the six paths thus far (besides using gudoudamas defensively), and the fact that all of the powers that he did use (aside from those truth seeking balls) were attributes of bijuu mode, one can deduce that the level of power that Naruto used in today's chapter was at best the power of bijuu sage mode (BSM) (I said bijuu sage mode as opposed to just bijuu mode because being in senjutsu of the six paths mode adds senjutsu to Naruto's attacks).
Bijuu sage mode is not Naruto's full power. Senjutsu of the six paths is his full power. Therefore, Naruto did not fight at full power today and it is too early for fans to say Sasuke > Naruto.
Plus, Sasuke even admitted that Naruto was holding back.
Now that does not mean that Naruto > Sasuke either. Sasuke also did not use his full power as he did not use any of the six paths techniques of the rinnegan.
Either way, it is much too soon for fans to pick a winner right now.
That is all I have to say right now.
