Sasuke's PS is enhanced by Rikudou's chakra, aka 50% of Juubi Hagoromo's chakra.

Naruto's Bijuu Avatar is enhanced by Rikudou's chakra (the same portion as Sasuke's) and Six Paths Senjutsu.

Except feats say otherwise, with normal Bijuu avatar clearly coming on top againts a EMS PS. This leads to some conclusions:

- The Rikudou boost is better on Susanoo for some reasons, and BM doesn't benefit from it that much.

- BM doesn't benefit from the Six Paths Boost (still doesn't resolve the fallacy)

- Both of the above

- EMS Sasuke's PS is stronger than the others for some reason that doesn't make sense and thus on par with BSM Naruto's avatar

- Kishimoto ****ed up.

Seriously, what in the hell.

Point 1. It wasnt Juubi Hagoromo that gave them powers. It was waaay dead/spirit not full powered Hagoromo.

Point 2. Naruto didnt use the Rikudo sage avatar. He used his Kurama bm form. That he used to fight the Juubi.

Point 3. Naruto isnt using his full power. Being on the defensive so far. He has all 9 bijuu in him. He would phuck shit up if he wanted too.

Point 4. Madara said PS is comparable in power to a bijuu. So them stalemating makes perfect sense if they are of similar power.

Point 5. The fight just started, neither of them are using full power.

No, the energy output required to turn the entire mountians into paste is much much higher than the energy required to just cut its tops, so its clear that the kurama avatars TBB that are formed are superior to PS slashes,
and with senjutsu boost, the TBB would just be enhacned even more,

Also the Hashirama cells Sasuke got while being revived would boost up his stamina and jutsus power as we've seen happened to others who wanted Hashirama's DNA.
