It seems Naruto and Sasuke will not get their seals back. So this means no more Black Chidori or Healing from those two. This battle is going to show the power of all 9 Bijuu combined and the power of EMS and Rinnegan combined. I believe Sasuke will win though, since Bijuu are slaves to those with blessed eyes. This is just my opinion. From the look of this chapter, Sasuke is going to be the one using TNJ on Naruto.

Since the beginning, Naruto never got a TNJ from Sasuke. It's Sasuke's turn to wake Naruto up. Besides, in the Last movie, they all live in a New Era, which indicates Sasuke winning the battle and convincing Naruto that there should be a new beginning.

People pick scans that make their thread look good means nothing in the latest chapter and you making this proves my point, Naruto unlike the previous Jin / Hokage and others who have tried to seal or restrain Kyuubi which was how he was known back then because they feared what they didn't get to understand but Naruto befriended Kuruma and now has since tempered his rage and has pretty much made Kuruma a lot less aggressive since those days and the other tailed beasts can testify to that

Yes, I know about Naruto's acccomplishments. Sasuke will not use power to defeat Naruto. He'll use TNJ on Naruto. Naruto was quiet at the end of the chapter, while Sasuke spoke about them finally understanding each other. This means they will come to a resolve, with Sasuke persuading Naruto that a new era has to begin. Sasuke's revolutionary plan will lead on to the final Naruto movie "The Last". This is my opinion on the matter anyway. The reason is it makes sense to me for this to happen. I can, however, be wrong.

what type of resolve? Sasuke wants Naruto dead, the tailed beasts and the five kage. I don't see much wiggle room

It doesnt indicate at all that Sasuke is gonna win the battle.
If he would have won, Naruto would have been dead. He wants Naruto dead for his new era.

Both are alive in Naruto the last movie. So that could indicate that Naruto won or that the battle didnt end.
It less likely that such info shows that Sasuke won.

Bijou might be slaves to those with blessed eyes, but not bijou + jinchuriki, as Killer Bee explained.
