Yeah. He figured it out way back....and I personally didn't like the whole concept of Near, and how he randomly pinpointed things.

Didn't watch Code Geass, but personally I'd put Death Note above DtB.​

All are good series, however, I enjoyed watching Code Geass the most. Death Note is second for me on this list and Darker than Black is third.
