I think that's because it's something that we actually can change ourselves, we don't need to have it magically changed, though appearance is something that is out of our control (to an extent)

I say what I feel and think, and sometimes it's good, but most of the time it's bad for the people I'm honest with. I'm not one to lie and I tell it like it is. The truth hurts tho.
