I find it sad how people think that Madara isn't mach speed, even without incidents being calc'd, this is painfully obvious. If you want viewpoint, lee in the chuunin exams was moving so fast the area was collapsing, the neji and naruto fight in speed too. If you want to get more techncical, sasuke avoided Zaku's attack in CS1, which was a compressed sound wave while Zaku had him in eyesight, took sakura and naruto about 5 meters away, and was behind zaku where no one could see, that's a mach 2 genin sasuke. Not to mention Hashirama was outrunning the TBB that crossed the shore, stopped to get distance, and reacted to it at the same time. Madara is also scaled to this speed. Madara blitz punches.
