It doesn't matter how long it takes for Elephant Gatling to do its damage, it does more than Hell Memories and 1080 Pound Cannon, so it ranks ahead of them. It doesn't matter that it's dragged out because the constant pounding would prevent you from getting away anyways.

I agree with everyone else(well from what is shown so far at least) except for Zoro. Shishishisonson is stronger than 1080 pound phoenix. His Shishisonson preskip was stronger than his flying slashes. No reason it would change. 1080 Pound Phoenix just have better range. Asura ichibugin or Makyusen were even stronger than shishisonson preskip(maybe even rashomon as well), and he likely has stronger versions of them now

Edit: Oh and no way in hell is Brook's attack first. It takes time for someone to fall for it and seems to have a limited range. Meanwhile long range fighters can assault him with their attacks

I agree with this. I too like Brook's attack, but it's neither the strongest nor his strongest.

At least in my opinion, wide-spread attacks aren't exactly the strongest of someone. Party Music + Quinte Tierce Fantasia (which are two attacks) are more crowd trimmers than inherently potent attack. So far, I believe Brooks strongest attack is Kasuriuta: Fubuki Giri ( Blizzard Slash ), where he coats his sword with his soul, bringing the freezing winds of hell onto a single quick-draw attack. It's debatable in the case of Luffy's Elephant Gun Gattling Gun, but I still think either Grizzly Magnum or Red Hawk.

I also disagree with your list on Zoro (Which, as T Bogard said, is Shishin Sonson, at least while we don't get the updated version of Ashura) and Sanji's. Hell's Memories where he makes someone suddenly combust in flames, inst his strongest attack. I'd love to say it's Mutton Shot xD, but it's most likely Poêle à Frire: Spectre, at least so far. I'm still waiting on that one single Diable Jambe empowered kick. Maybe a Diable Jambe enhanced Mutton Shot or Anti-Manner Kick Course.

I'm also unsure whether Chopper's strongest form his is Raw Strength Monster Point, thus the strongest attack would be Kokutei: Palme, or if it's the more focused Arm Point, in which I'd agree with you and choose Roseo Metel, or just the one.

I guess I just can't decide if strongest should be wide output of damage, single concentrated output of damage, or basically a finisher move.

I would have went with monster point but its not an inherit attack in itself. And I only grouped brooks attacks because they are together and mostly function together. In all honesty they shouldn't be used apart but I see what you are saying I will edit it out.

But I stand by my statment about Hells memory Looking at the times when he chose one or the other it seems like Poêle à Frire: Spectre is fodder cleaner.

And you guys are right on the Shishin sonson thing.

And there is no reason Luffy wouldnt have used his strongest attack to break noah. I mean red-hawk is insane but its an opener as it stands.

Luffy- Elephant Gatling
Zoro- 1080 pound cannon/Shishi Sonson
