Im not sure whether some people are trolling or deluded, but there are enough ppl who claim that current Sasuke still no match for Itachi. In my opinion Itachi is barely top 20, I could easily replace him and my list would still look decent.
I think its time to let the dethroned King rest, as we look at his succesor the one and only true Solo god Uchiha Madara.

Kaguya only feats are limited to weak ass dojutsu Byakugan some lame ass dimension shifting and a lot of chakra

Hamura only feats is Byakugan and he can use Chibaku tensei in sync with Hagoromo

let me explain why this is so wrong:

1.having simple techniques doesn't mean being weak,because with dimension shifting hardly anyone can attack her and she has the biggest chakra ever because she's simply the creator of all things.

2.She only can be sealed,she never dies,that means 1 vs 1 never works against her even Hagoromo himself can't do it without Hamura.
