Itachi barely top 20 these days

Im not sure whether some people are trolling or deluded, but there are enough ppl who claim that current Sasuke still no match for Itachi. In my opinion Itachi is barely top 20, I could easily replace him and my list would still look decent.
I think its time to let the dethroned King rest, as we look at his succesor the one and only true Solo god Uchiha Madara.

genjutsu isn't just made from eye contact. And itachi also vcan put gai under genjutsu from pretty much any range at anytime.
