The probability of the topic's title is more or less more accurate than not if we consider the feats based on objective knowledge of powers.
The power of the basic FRS is insane. To our knowledge, an inexperienced, base-mode Naruto took out an S-ranked criminal with a single shot which created a blast diameter in, at least, 50-100 meters. Yards, in american, if you will. We don't have the formula to calculate how much more powerful it becomes in any of his modes. We can only assume by sort of summation in each time he combines his modes and makes each FRS bigger. We can safely conclude that he destroys mountains with ease, probably sliding through them like through butter.
Now the real destructive factor comes in play when he makes multiple FRS's, combined with elements or Bijuu's chakra, i.e. Bijuu Bomb. We've seen this already against Kaguya. If I remember correctly, one time he made 6 of them and second time he made 9 of them. If we again calculate how much chakra he has, there's a huge possibility of him making at least 20+ FRS Biju Bombs, but as him as an individual (without the clones). Let's say I threw this number randomly, in modesty. The last stage would probably be his clones, each with with a variation of an FRS in the hand. With the number of clones he can use, the destructive force of his overall impact becomes frightening. Monstrous.
I don't think anyone compares to him. Not CT, not Susanoo's orbs, not basic Bijuu Bomb. What are your thoughts on this?
