Well if they can make Konohamaru and Iruka playable they can obviously make Moegi playable. Why make pointless fodder characters. That's why Cyber Connect 2 are bastards. We need the Sound Four!

Konohamaru actually has a good ass moveset. Perfect amount of joke moves and good serious ones like Asuma's ash and Hiruzen's shuriken shadow clones. And not to forget rasengan ofc
