The distance favors Kakashi using mud wall to block Sasukes line of sight and behind placing shadow clones and a raiton clone underground.
I wont use the argument that kakashi can snipe sasuke.

war arc kakashi has the speed feats to dodge amaterasu and sasukes EMS genjutsus wont be a threat because they arent very good and Kakashi kept up with obito in genjutsu.
Susanno arrows are kamuied or dodged.
Kakashi also can kamui a hole in susanno and send a beast runner through the hole right after that, or trap clones can enter non legged susanno from underground.
Raiden probably will cut trough all sorts of susannos in sasukes arsenal since it cut through v2 jincuriki chakra tailes who can tank their own biju dama ( naruto vs pain)

Kakashi also can kamui himself (madara did it with his eye and kakashi earlier even showed he can let things out of the dimension=Hachibi)
he can prepare beast runners or sadow clones in the land of kamui which he could let out of is eye when he fights sasuke.
In the end Kakashi will use up a lot of chakra, but he could take it very high diff, also due to his better skill and expirience.

Since both can't one shot each other at 200m, Sasuke instantly summons his hawk and tries to engage him the same way he did against Madara, except this time he uses Amaterasu or Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu to blind Kakashi's LoS. He also coats a Ribcage Susano'o in Enton, furthermore blocking Kakashi's sight. Sasuke then proceeds to blitz Kakashi admist the confusion and pummel him with an Enton coated Susano'o hand.

Sasuke can use Shunsin w/ Ribcage Susano'o. He can also protect his hawk via Susano'o aura/hand in the process.

Don't forget about kamui, kakashi can let things out of his eye which he kamuied earlier, or hides in kamui land to prepear a strategy (Kage bun shins from the other dimension and from underground would attacking sasuke)

Ofc kakashi will loose a lot of chakra, but one should not forget that war arc kakashi has fine resources.
In the end he would be exhausted like years in hell, but he could win it very high diff.

Because disappearing from the location completely is the equivalent of leaving the match. Leaving the match means you forfeit by default. So no, that's not how a fight goes, in the VS section or the Naruto world.
