No. The sharingan can only copy hand signs for a jutsu and the way chakra looks forming the jutsu. Rasengan and variants has no hand signs. Sasuke would have to learn the jutsu the old fashion way.

by copying means memorising so sharingan can copy anything but the user must be able to reproduce that jutsu simple as is
