^^^ Itachi just isn't built for it. Stamina has always been Itachi's problem & Sasuke doesn't have that weakness & if we're talking about post Sage Sasuke, then there's no way in the world. Itachi can't beat Madara.

Itachi was always better in Genjutsu than Sasuke. So if Sasuke can solo glance the bijuu, Itachi would solo glance everyone.
