He has super-sensing, and is not restricted in senjutsu. Only thing is that he has to win by a punch or breaking of the neck.

Well Limbo clone of him was able to kick all 9 Bijuu's asses simultaneously. Since it is a clone of the said guy they possess equal physical strength if not original has more. With SM along with his eyes A can't even land a punch on him while Madara could easily counter him with his superior reflexes.

Considering Senjutsu enhances strength and Sensing. Madara's Taijutsu can definitely put him down and a weaker version of Madara was keeping up with him rather easily then Madara should be able to see him coming from a mile away considering he was able to react to FTG and Blitz SM Naruto.

Madara reacts casually to everything he can hope to throw, you seriously underestimate his sensing capabilities. Madara had superb sensing without Hashirama's Senjutsu, with it, he is ridiculous.

Madara is tanking all of Raikage's punches. He isn't restricted in his senjutsu, so being able to react easily to the Raikage, plus healing, and add the fact that Madara's clone was able to punch a tailed beast off it's legs, says something.

Raikage is not landing a blow, and he didn't say just punches. Kicks, snapping necks AND punching is allowed.

Madara still has Senjutsu and thats not restricted. He still has auto regeneration while in SM and thats not restricted either. Ay has also been restricted from using his chops. Madara would win in this scenario, but in base form he loses.

Raikage is not landing a blow, and he didn't say just punches. Kicks, snapping necks AND punching is allowed.

In order to do any of that stuff Madara will have to get up close, and the Raikage is stronger than Madara physically so he'll win the scuffle and snap Madara's neck.
