Even if Toriko World have chakra, it would not work as Normal Genjutsu from Jounin wouldn't work on Tailed Beast.

The gap between Normal Jounin to Tailed Beast is the same as Madara to Midora.

Midora's destruction capability = World Level.

Madara's destruction capability = country to continent debatable

The anime is complete trash, only the OST's are good. The reason why the anime is trash because it's almost completely censored, which is a problem since most of the fights in Toriko usually end up with a pool of blood or someone losing their limbs. It's like censoring AOT or any other series with a lot of blood/gore. Not only that but the anime messed up the canon material near the end. Just stay far away from the anime, Toei animation is drunk.

As for the manga, it's awesome. The pros of the series is that there's amazing/entertaining fights, world-building, story-telling (there's not much flaws with the plot), character development and characters in general. I don't think there's one character where I felt is poorly written. Now for the cons, most people think it's pretty stupid that they gain their powers/strength from eating. My response is; that's pretty subjective since the Toriko-verse revolves around food, like how the naruto verse revolves around ninjas. There is one training arc where they actually train & become a lot stronger. The actual flaw that I've had with the series is the events that occurred during the timeskip because I felt that there was a huge missed opportunity (I don't want to go into detail b/c of obv. spoilers). However that being said, since the TS the chapters have been amazing. These past months of chapters have 9/10-10/10 chapters.

Complete ignorance. No he can't. Madara's meteor came nowhere near the ones from Midora's meteor spice. His meteor spice encompassed the entire human world with meteors. Mind you, Naruto's world is an ant in comparison to Toriko's world, which is 5 times larger than our planet earth. Toriko's human world is 30% of their planet which is still larger than planet earth. So no, Madara nor Sasuke (who is irrelevant in this discussion) can't defend meteor spice or Madara's meteor can't even more to Midora's meteor spice.

If it's a fight, then Madara would literally get eaten alive from hungry space. It's a neg diff. fight for Midora.
