If all it took was one punch, how in the world was it not destroyed until after a long time had transpired? Not to mention how does Sakura get close when it can use any combination of the five elements to keep her at bay? Not to mention Yamato can alter the battlefield making it hard for Sakura to approach, dodge attacks and possibly restrain her as well.

Reacting is one thing but neither attack has the AoE that allows Sakura the feat of dodging all those elements whose combined AoE is much larger than any attack Sakura has dodged in the manga. 5 Raiton spears shot at the same time are going to obliterate Sakura. All that doton is going to send her flying and crush her, allowing Spiral Zetsu to finish her off with raiton.


They were support because their abilities were useless in the face of Spiral Zetsu. If they were strong enough to take him on, they'd have done so and spared the alliance from their trouble.

Your forgetting he can absorb her chakra , the shinobi alliance were fightning with Naruto Yang Kyuubi chakra as well as Minato Yin Kyuubi Chakra atleast making them 8x stronger. You have to remember with that cloak they were able to block some type of nuke wind/lightning technique that would have killed them in a instant without the cloak.

You do have a point of the kages not having chakra but they weren't completely out of chakra on top of edo hiruzen who has unlimited chakra from being edo reanimation the sage guy who made 1 side of the red sun barrier that blocked a juubi dama that even then whole shinobi couldn't even block.

It was able to power kamui which was able to travel though dimensions that kaguya had to use a lot of chakra for.
