basicly its sorta like his studio/home where he lives and also draws dragon ball because you can see his mansion is pretty huge, but ofcourse akira toriyama is super rich at the same time, he can afford that. and not having to own seperate studios like kishi does. it would make sense why he would work at home. also he has lots of pets that he takes care of.

there is even a restaurant nearby that has alot of dragon ball also the last picture clearly shows an akira toriyama with his wife in the picture which is SUPER RARE to see cause we never known who his wife as and for the fact. his wife is actually who inspired akira with to name the famous goku technique "KAMEHAMEHA" therefore kamehameha wasent actually named by akira toriyama it was named by his wife.

A lot of Japanese neighbourhoods look very...

utilitarian and no frills. Although the heart of cities/towns in Japan look great, housing is not such an appealing affair in modern Japan and why I personally prefer traditional neighbourhood areas.
