I clearly know that he can reform the clan as well but, who will he engage in with to produce newborns??? Will he have time for love? Or just go about his ideals and ambitions. Last time I checked, his priority list was the restoration of the clan, and kill Itachi...

Moreover,It looks like he has broken all the bonds of his past except the bond with naruto.
So it might be possible he does not even care about resurrection of uchiha anymore but he is more focused on improving the world in his own way.
