Being as there's only 5 chapters left, I'm guessing Naruto vs Sasuke won't be an actual fight to conclude the series, will it? Even the battle against Kaguya was at least 10 chapters, but this? How could they possibly fit a whole, epic fight, into 5 chapters.

Tbh, I didn't want them to fight, I wanted them to be like Aang and Zuko, except it also ends with Naruto dying on the cross, and Sasuke dying via arrow wounds.

Minato vs Tobi was one of the greatest fight ever in this manga, I mean it had everything,

1. Kamui vs Hiraishin.
2. Legendary 4th Hokage vs Masked Man Antagonist.
3. Village vs Nine Tails.

Time being of the absolute essence. Same or less is needed here as well, Naruto given his abilities can take this in 1 chapter, 3 is me being generous U_U

Exactly, that's what I thought at first as well how do you make this fight any good with 5 chapters let alone finish the fight and also have a good ending, if there are only 5 chapters left it will be extremely rushed and awful.

It was always clear Sasuke won't be the main villain though. Ever since mid part I, the main threat were the Akatsuki and everything associated with their plan to capture the Bijuu. This first lead to Pain, then "Madara" Tobi, then the real Madara and ultimately Kaguya. The Naruto/Sasuke conflict was always only a subplot.

Well yeah it is highly likely that sasuke one shots naruto and ends the fight within one panel and the rest of the chapter and the remaining ones are just something else.
