Bleach is probably the best anime i've watched so far, but I have no way to judge as I haven't seen reborn yet.

well.. you could always stream them but fair enough.. i would start with bleach then

Go for Reborn. It is much lighter than Bleach & there is no filler arc. So can enjoy the story in one shot
