And no, hashirama doesnʻt have more chakra than current Naruto. Narutoʻs chakra is also of a much higher quality than hashiramaʻs. Does that apply to madara and kaguya? Obviously not, they are both powered by the same chakra, except one has way more than the other, has feats way greater than the other, required way more power and skill to combat and defeat the other.

Naruto alone was pushing back kaguya whoʻs on another level than Madara. He even blitzed her arm off when he got pissed.

Naruto could solo madara, adding sasuke makes it a stomp. Just look at what naruto and sasuke used against madara, and look at what they used against kaguya and you can easily see how gimped they were either due to plot or their inexperience with their new powers.

Nope, Iʻm not saying the person with the most chakra will win. Iʻm saying that when one person literally takes over the other personʻs body, has all of the former personʻs powers + more, is literally stated to have chakra on a whole nother level, shows feats that completely blow the first personʻs out of the water, and then is later stated to get stronger the more chakra they gain, then youʻd have to be completely and utterly biased in order to not conclude that Kaguya > Madara.

Madara is just different he's ruthless in combat and a strategy expert

So really we can't judge Madara's power or speed at all since BZ had to take him out before shit got real. Like really, Madara can't be judge at all. I didn't mean warming up like not taking madara seriously, I meant warming up like still not at full power(still learning/getting used to the basics of their powers)

She was tactically retarded because she couldn't employ any real strategy to definitively kill Naruto or Sasuke after she found her resolve.. While Madara is easily able to identify and make countermeasures as Kaguya didn't have a true battle instinct, she was a princess with power not a warrior.
This isn't Dragonball Z, power isn't everything here, remember that a master with a pebble can defeat a rookie with a Kunai. Madara had MANY tactical advantages against Naruto and Sasuke BOTH which would've ensured his victory, Madara's power is the closest to the Sage than both NARUTO & SASUKE who only represented mere halves.
