I never said he didn't know how to use it. He clearly knew how to extinguish the flames, he just didn't know the full extent of the ability because he didn't use his Mangekyo powers enough to reach that level. He knew he had the power to extinguish the flames, but didn't know that it was a separate technique from just Amaterasu, as Sasuke proved.

Madara knew how to use Kamui because he trained Obito and saw its powers in depth. Kakashi was able to use PS because he saw and analyzed PS before with his Sharingan when Sasuke used it. It was an asspull though. Obito didn't really know what he was doing and was just rampaging. He later trained to use his powers.

Complain all you want about it. Extinguishing the flames is Kagutsuchi and Itachi extinguished Kagutsuchi. I'm sure even you can put two and two together. Ever heard of syllogism?

He used his Mangekyo far more that Sasuke did. If he had the technique, he knew it was something separate just as Sasuke did. Here you are trying to speak for Itachi's thoughts that he didn't have.

You can't have two Mangekyo powers in the same eye. It's something that has been established in this series and it has not been shown occurring. Unless Kishi decides next chapter to go against this by having Sasuke use Mangekyo abilities he previously couldn't use, it still stands. I'll say again, if that was the case, and if transplanting another Mangekyo gives the person those abilities as well, then why is it Sasuke doesn't use Amaterasu and manipulate it with Kagutsuchi from the same eye and use Tsukuyomi with the other eye? Because he can't. Because nobody else in the series can do something like that. 1 power per eye is how it works. That's how it has worked up until this point.

lol? this makes absolutely no sense.... are you insinuating that sasuke learned chidori on his own? as a separate jutsu? that is silly... sasuke merely changed the name of the technique kakashi taught him, its the same thing he did with Rock lee's technique, copied it, named it something different. Chidori and Lighting blade is indeed the exact same technique lol But if you care to educate me the difference between basic chidori and lighting blade im all ears

It's wishful thinking to assume sasuke does not have Tsukuyomi cause like you stated.... on top of the rest of his large arsenal now, thats one technique that would insure him a victory with very little difficulty. He has it, it is more logical to say he has it, then to say "he doesnt" giving the circumstances and events that took place. However, because kishimoto is going to make it an interesting fight, and naruto as the main character and the hero of the story, the fight is not going to be Genjutsu > The End.

Chidori was the original name of Kakashi's jutsu until he is reputed to have cut through a lightning bolt thus redubbing it Raikiri. How else would Might guy have already know the name of the saskue's attack during the Chunin Final Exam fight if it was supposed to be saskue's "new style"?

And no Saskue does not have Tsukuyomi.Tsukuyomi allows a person to control the reality of it's target. Saskue's genjutsu has always just knocked targets out or stuns them, he even calls it Genjutsu Sharingan
