Juubito is no more, sharingan Kakashi is no more (at least he should be) and Gai should never be able to go back to 8 gates so I'd say yeah. Those were all very short lived powerups, while Naruto and Sasuke should be permanent.
But even if not, EMS Sasuke and BSM Naruto shit on Kakashi and Gai, although MS Obito still wins in a 1v1 IMO.
