There's a lot of speculation about who the unnamed 7th Shichibukai is. Most likely it's a new character. But if it's not, then there's a possibility that it might be this guy

Now you might say that Kuro is a fodder who got beaten by Luffy wayyy back in Part 1, but it's possible that he might have improved a lot over the timeskip. Also in the movie Z, it's said that somebody cut off Zephy'r arm and became Shichibukai. Only problem is Kuro's past appearance which has pathetic. But people can get much stronger with proper training. Luffy is certainly Shichibukai level as of now (thanks to Rayleigh's training). Maybe somebody assisted Kuro as well? Who knows? Lol

To everyone claiming the one that chopped off Zephyr's arm is the new Shichi, how would that be possible? He got his arm cut a long time ago, why would they bring back an old Shichibunkai? The way the arm was cut was pretty much the same way Doflamingo cuts people. I never saw it as someone other than him.

Actually no, the arm was cut 10 years before the current time line, but the pirate became a shichibunkai 1 year prior to the current timeline, during the 3D2Y timeskip.

I just don't believe that this guy would of been able to pull it off..even with an abnormal growth rate since we last saw him. Plus Z's arm was cut off a long time ago
