Please no stupid answers.. and also can u provide a story on how they got that disease?

Itachi had Tuberculosis as the others above have said. Tuberculosis would have come from an unhealthy food/water source. So Obito may have caused his death?

Kimimaro may have had the same thing

You don't catch TB from an unhealthy food or water source. You catch it by inhaling the bacteria, Microbacteria Tuberculosis, when it is expelled into the air by the coughing or sneezing of an infected person with an active case of TB. Its an airbourne disease that you can have for quite a while before you ever become symptomatic, which is why many folks can be surprised when they test positive for it. While in the past there was effective treatments for TB the bacteria has mutated and there is now a drug resistant strain out there. Untreated TB is fatal and yes you eventually cough up and literally drown in your own blood...like Itachi.

I'm going to guess that Kimimaro's disease was congenital. That means he could have had a disease that his clan was prone to, but never selected against because it occurred well after childbearing age and they usually died young of other things, like from war. Maybe the thing that made their clan really good at what they did was just not sustainable and, if given the chance to live long enough, they simply lasted until their bodies just fell apart.
