Let's start off with the manga facts:
-Naruto can regenerate others
Now that puts into question: can he regenerate himself like how Madara had done?
Here's my logic reasoning: Since all Ashura descendants or reincarnate (Naruto, Hashirama, and Tsunade) can regenerate, we can assume that Ashura genes have a innate healing (either self or others) capacity. This is further proven by the fact that Kaguya can regen, as she is the ancestor who bears Ashura's genes.
Since Madara also obtained Ashura's gene through Hashirama, he was able to regenerate like above. Sure you can argue that the Rinnegan assisted in the recovery of that magnitude, but that's not proven. So we can assume that Ashura's healing capabilities and potential practically grants immortality.....practically. As seen above, Madara's left side is blown off, including the heart and half of his brain. However, he says "You almost killed me...bastard!" Since the heart was blown off, we can assume that the only way Madara could have died was if his whole head was blown off.
Now back to Naruto. Since Naruto has the body of Ashura, it's safe to say that he has all the healing capabilities too, just like that of Madara's. Thus, the only way to kill Naruto is by blowing his head off. Which in turn, makes the size of the target a lot smaller for Sasuke to hit and finish him off.
We keep on focusing on power and speed when it comes to Sasuke vs. Naruto, but we fail to consider that: as long as Naruto's head remains intact, he won't be losing anytime soon. Another point for Team Naruto. (Don't get the wrong idea, I'm ok with whatever happens during the fight-not a fanboy- just wanted to point out an important underrated ability)
