Ok since you're so eager to learn I'll explain my understanding of how Obito was able to manage such a thing.

Madara was able to use chakra rods and managed to plant them in Obito so that if the need arise he could control him like he tried in the war. Am I Correct ?
If your answer is yes than tell me during that time did Madara had his Rinnegan or did he already implanted them into Nagato ?
