Tier 1- Gol D Roger

Tier 2- Whitebeard, Monkey D Garp

Tier 3- Shiki, Kong, Shanks, Sengoku, Monkey D Dragon, Rayleigh

Tier 4- Zephyr, Akainu, Blackbeard

Tier 5- Kaido, Big Mom, Kizaru, Fujitora, Aokiji

All characters are in their prime


What's you opinion?

Gol D Roger isn't in his own tier by power level. It was stated that Whitebeard and Garp
were his rivals, and that Garp almost killed Roger multiple times the same way Roger
almost killed him. In their primes, even if Roger was slightly stronger, he's definitely not
in his own tier from Whitebeard and Garp.

Gol D Roger isn't in his own tier by power level. It was stated that Whitebeard and Garp
were his rivals, and that Garp almost killed Roger multiple times the same way Roger
almost killed him. In their primes, even if Roger was slightly stronger, he's definitely not
in his own tier from Whitebeard and Garp.

The tiers are not pure indicator of strength, but the pirate king deserves his own tier imo

Shanks stomps kizaru shanks is the man right now arguable the strongest right now kizaru is nice but Ben Beckman put him on a lease

Marco doesn't have the necessary hype to be on the same tier as Big Mom or Aokiji, but he's definitely on tier 6. Each tier doesn't have much difference in strength...

But his power rivaled sengoku at marineford and he didn't know how to use his powers fully best believe after the time skip bb is accustomed to his powers and might beat sengoku in his prime he still isn't on garp Roger or shanks lvl or whitebeards in his prime

The same for Roger and Garp, but a tiny bit of difference counts imo

Tier 1: Gol D Roger, Monkey D Garp, Monkey D Dragon (also would be prime Ace and future prime Luffy and at least Blackbeard) ... sue me ...mPS it's kinda weird there is no extra special Marine equivalent of Luffy like D Garp to D Roger, Coby or Smoker or any of the Admirals for that matter don't quite hold up to Monkey D Garp from what I've seen
Tier 2: Whitebeard, Shanks (maybe Sengoku) (prob future Law)
Tier 3: Sengoku, Akainu, Kizan, Kaido, BM, Mihawk, Rayleigh, Blackbeard
Tier 4: Fujitora, Kizaru, Ryokugyu

The gaps between tiers from 1-4 are imo almost negligible, between 4 and 5 there is a slightly more noticeable gap

Tier 5: Marco, Sabo, Beckman (maybe Kuma and Magellan)

and remember, this isn't Naruto and Roger isn't the SO6P, Roger can't just wipe the floor with an admiral, imo Akainu or Kuzan could push him very far and imo Roger couldn't win against Sengoku with anything less than hight-extreme dif

Question: If you have WB as #1, Why isn't he pirate king? Or does the pirate king have to find One piece before he can claim the he is Pirate king?

But he sent Kizaru flying and the only person on WB crew who actually held his own against Akainu

After Beckman left from the post and the red hairs wasn't worried about it much where was kizaru when shanks said who wants to fight more? Also Beckman made kizaru put his hands up like he was the police lol
