Gai's a perfect counter to Kisame and can still give Sasuke issues.

Killer Bee has ways around Amaterasu, genjutsu, and Susano'o arrows lack the power to put down a Full Bijuu mode Hachibi.

Sasuke doesn't have Susanoo...Not to mention this is a sick version of Sasuke. He's still a bad matchup for B as he has Amaterasu. Gai would be his opponent and would end up stomping him badly.

Killer B could at least hold off Kisame till Gai comes who would end up beating him as well.

--Sasuke without susanoo is getting wrecked by Killer bee in CQC just how he did in canon,,and this time his lariat would result in sasukes chest being blown off

--Genjutsu is non factor here, Killer bee canonically countered his MS genjutsu rather easily, whilst guys fighting style and speed prevents him from getting caught in genjutsu as well

--Amaterasu can be countered by killer bee releasing his chakra shroud and now that he has intel he can do so quite effectively, whilst Guy can evade it with his gated speed,

--GUy beats kisame just how he did in canon, hirudora takes him out, and his arsenal is a nightmare for kisame since it renders his samehadas absorption abilities useless

Guy and Bee win, with Guy having the potential to solo.
Kisame with less than a third of his chakra got completely overwhelmed by 6th Gate Guy. And that was before his war arc speed feats of tagging V2 jinchuriki with precognition and shared vision, and outspeeding faster-than-Kamui gudoudamas. Here he will eventually go 6th Gate and overwhelm Kisame again with a tidal wave level Asa Kujaku before Kisame can merge with Samehada, then he defeats Sasuke as well if he somehow escapes the AoE of Asa Kujaku.

If the scenario played out the same as it did before and Bee engaged in CQC, he would be pummeled by Susano'o. Susano'o actually gives Sasuke an edge in CQC (against Bee) utilizing Ribcage/Skeletal when the situation calls for it.

Though regardless of all that, with or without Susano'o, Gai and Bee win majority here.
