So FTG is a S/T ninjutsu just like Kamui,so what would happen if Tobi managed to warp Minato that night Naruto was born? Minato would be stuck in Kamui dimension but he has marked kunai's in his own dimension and considering that FTG is S/T based would he be able to go back? I think he could be able do do it,your thoughts?

Kamui is having denser dimensional barriers than FTG
And another point is FTG technique is about accessing or transferring the user to other place by using wormhole that still exist in the same plain of existence not between different plain of existence.
IT same like accessing Kaguya dimensions where's Kamui can't do it freely but by sync with Kaguya dimension

Well given the explanation of how Obito was able to open up dimensions into other dimensions, it would seem it would be possible. However going from a dimension that isn't yours appears to be extremely draining on chakra, and apparently the distance between the dimensions increases the chakra usage as well. I'm not sure Minato has enough chakra to be able to teleport between the kamui dimension and earth dimension. He probably couldn't escape the kamui dimension if he was in it, at least not without saving up his chakra somehow.

OT: No, FTG operates on the same dimension. He would have to wait until Obito connected the Kamui Dimension and the "real world" dimension.

Last time i checked Only the sage could perform a jutsu that can travel through dimensions neither tobirama neither minato and considering the fact that he had marked naruto tha means he can't travel bettwen dimensions

The point is that Kamui have sync its chakra with Kaguya dimensional chakra, the frequency of chakra, ratio of chakra etc must be done first for Kamui to accessing Kaguya dimension.
And then when it manage to sync with Kaguya dimension, Obito can ccontrol his Kamui ability and mechanism, that mean he can control the chakra amount, the direction of Kamui hole, etc
Kamui is different than FTG, it is because their user can/able to control Kamui functioning, the proof is many like, intangibility, Kamui speed etc.
But FTG can't be control to make/done a dimensional sync task. FTG is as raw as it can be, you create the mark and then that just all, you cant control the speed, can't control the chakra quantity, you can't make a number of attempt of move like when Obito Kamui tried to open a numbers of dimensional hole it can access and so on.
FTG is just, when you activate the seal and then the chakra is just lead to transferring you to another point and no after thought. You cant done a sync (the most important thing here).

It isn't just that simple. Remember that Minato was able to essentially open up a dimension gate and absorb bijuudama. Also, Tobirama was able to sync up with Minato's markings. I'm not really sure how ftg works, but I was just giving an example that we saw from another space time ninjutsu. If its possible for kamui to sync with other dimensions, i would figure it is possible for Minato do sync as well. But I would figure that would need extremely large amounts of chakra, since in order to sync and open up dimensions that weren't his Obito needed a vast amount of chakra from Sakura and Naruto, along with enough strain to make his eyes bleed more than any Uchiha we have seen. My point was that even if Minato could teleport out using the same sort of methods Obito used, he probably couldn't due to lack of chakra.
