Looks: Obito has black eyes and short, spiky, black hair. He wears a long sleeved blue uniform and a blue jacket with an orange collar and trimmings. The jacket was fastened to the rest of the outfit by two buttons on the collar and had the Uchiha clan crest at the back. He also wears a white belt, shinobi sandals, the standard Konoha dark blue forehead protector, and a pair of goggles with orange lenses connected to ear protectors.
Personality: Because he was an orphan that grew up alone and without a parent's love, Obito's childhood was marked by dreams of being acknowledged. This motivated him to become a ninja so that he could, in turn, become Hokage and have the entire village recognise him at last. When Rin acknowledged him without his becoming Hokage, Obito fell in love with her and aimed to earn her love in addition to the Hokage title. But Kakashi's presence, both in the classroom and later on their team, became a wall for Obito, since Kakashi was naturally more talented than he was and had, without trying, gained Rin's affections. Though generally kind and of unwavering loyalty to his friends and allies, Obito nevertheless formed a one-sided rivalry with Kakashi. When not in competition with Kakashi, Obito would famously perform random good deeds around Konoha, especially for the elderly, which in turn made him notoriously late.

Background Info
History: Obito grew up an orphan, not knowing who his parents were. Alone in the world, Obito dreamed of one day becoming the Hokage so that the people of the village would acknowledge his existence. To that end he enrolled in Konoha's Ninja Academy, but arrived late for the initiation ceremony. While most of his class ignored him, he was greeted warmly by Rin Nohara. After graduating some years later, Obito, Rin, and Kakashi Hatake were placed on a team under the leadership of Minato Namikaze. As a final qualifying test, Minato gave the team a bell test where they would take a bell from his person. Obito could not accomplish this on his own but, by joining forces with Rin and Kakashi, they succeeded in taking the bells, teaching Obito the value of teamwork. The team later participated in the Chūnin Exams, where Obito was defeated in the third round in a one-on-one match with Might Guy. Kakashi would go on to defeat Guy in a subsequent match, promoting him the chūnin and impressing Rin. Eager for Rin's attention, Obito trained relentlessly, eventually enabling him to rise to the rank of chūnin. His excitement was short-lived as Kakashi soon afterwards became a jōnin, once again earning Rin's praise.
During the Third Shinobi World War, Kakashi was placed in charge of the team for a mission to destroy the Kannabi Bridge, which would hinder Iwagakure from using Kusagakure as a relief point. Before beginning the mission, Minato and Rin gave gifts to Kakashi to celebrate his promotion to jōnin, though Obito had forgotten, straining their already poor relationship. Minato was soon called to the front lines, leaving the team to complete the mission alone. The three were discovered by Iwa-nin along the way and Rin was captured. Kakashi elected to abandon Rin, believing it was more important to finish the mission before concerning themselves with her safety. Obito became enraged at the idea and insisted that they focus on her rescue. When Kakashi refused, Obito left on his own, remarking that Kakashi was worse than trash for abandoning his friends

Fire Nature: Being born an Uchiha, Obito has a natural affinity to the Fire element. He has trained and utilized the element to such an extent that he is able to perform fire-related techniques at a faster rate and with faster chaining of seals.
Wind Nature: Aside from being his most used and favorite element, it is Obito's secondary affinity. Such a constant and use over the years along with practice and gained experience has allowed Obito to gain the ability and fortitude to cast the element with single hand seals. This was further enhanced by the usage of his gunbai war-fan, making for deadly wind-related combinations.
Nine Arts Dragon: Both his skill and usage of the wind element has allowed Obito to completely master the Nine Arts Dragon fighting style and fully embrace it's fullest potential, having become a specialist of it. Being so proficient in the style has allowed Obito's speed and reaction timings to increase above the normal strong fist user. This is also due to the constant fast motion, and quick changing of direction by releasing wind bursts and fluidly moving the body.
Weapons: Like all shionobi, Obito wields multiple pouches which hold all the basic ninja items like shuriken, kunais, tags, wire, etc. Strapped to his back, lays a war-fan similar in shape and size to the one used by the infamous Madara Uchiha. The war-fan processes a chain link which connects to a medium sized scythe. The chain-link is long enough for the scythe to reach up to medium range distance. Along the side his left waist, souzan wields a standard black & dark brown katana should he get into a close range fight. In custom fights, Obito wields the same exact fan, although with other certain abilities.

Description: Kamisama is a weapon which was crafted by Alexander himself, after reading and analyzing information throughout the years about Madara Uchiha's infamous weapon. Kamisama is a medium sized war-fan rivaling the height of an average shionbi when placed along side with one another. The light brown fins decorated with a strange symbol on each end of the war-fan are made of a very lightweight and durable material that does not conduct electricity, nor is it able to be engulfed in flames. The core of the war-fan is a nearly indestructible pole with a thin rubber layer to avoid conductivity that is bandaged up from the bottom end all the way to the middle of the poll. At the very bottom of the pole lays a very lightweight, thin, and durable chain link which appears to have metallic spheres evenly spaced every three inches which ensures enhanced gripping. The other end of the chain-link is connected to a medium sized nearly indestructible scythe which was rumored to be one of Madara's deadliest weapons in combination with the war-fan. Just like the pole, the scythe's hand is also laced in a thin layer of rubber with bandages covering the entire thing up to the blade itself. The chain-link is long enough to allow Alexander to throw his scythe up to medium range distance similar to Hidan's scythe. Both the war-fan and scythe are strapped in the center of his back in an "X" manner. The unique ability of the war fan is to coat elemental projectile-type techniques with wind chakra. When the user releases an elemental projectile type technique, he will swing the fan and coat the technique with wind chakra, causing the technique in question to be turned into a XX/wind combination. Meaning that if the user releases a fireball and swings the fan, it would turn into a fire/wind combination. Although it does not boost the rank nor size of the technique in question, it does boost them by ten damage points. In order to release the projectile techniques successfully and coat them in wind, Alexander found out a way to exchange hand signs for fan swings. Meaning that for every two hand seals required in a projectile type technique, the user is required to swing his fan once. (ex: If I release a fire technique that requires four hand seals, I would need to swing the fan twice as I then release the fire and coat it in wind, increasing its damage while it maintains the same rank.) The wind enhancement would not be effective against lightning techniques because the lightning technique in question would disperse. Kamisama is chakra reactive, which if channeled with expansion chakra it will expand at the users will. Expanding it refers to using any variation of the Akimichi clan's expansion techniques and so leading to count towards the user's jutsu per turn. When releasing a wind style technique from Kamisama, the technique in question would automatically receive the ten damage boost due to the fact that is not physically possible to create a wind/wind combination. The user is also able to release physical projectiles like kunais, shuriken, senbons etc and coat them in wind chakra for increased speed and damage. This is accomplished in the same manner that the elemental projectile techniques are enhanced into combinations.
