Jugram molds his physical and spiritual energies together to create raw chakra. Then, applying nature transformation, creates doton chakra from this new raw chakra. As he did this he wove the Tigerhand seal. Then he released the chakra below his sensei's clone causing a mud river to form. Then, using his shape manipulation, caused the river to flow backwards throwing the clone off balance.

Cool technique. I look forward to using this quite a bit. So one question before I begin the analysis. Can you manipulate the direction of the river? Or does it only carry them away?

So for advantages. It is a relatively fast technique. It only requires one hand seal. It is another balance control technique so you will cause your opponent to lose their footing if they remain in place and do not defend against it. Another cool thing about this technique is that you can combine it with a katon to ignite the mud. And of course you can use it as a source for the earthen bullets (as the technique states) and use those to combine with the katon jutsu to create flaming mud bullets. Basically this is a great set up jutsu.

For disadvantages. It deals no damage itself. So you can't rely on this to kill someone or pressure them heavily without a combination. And of course it takes a second to form so it gives the opponent plenty of time to counter it, especially if you aren't using a combination with it. That is probably the biggest thing. It requires you to set it up with other jutsu.

It is a fairly simple technique but overall I like it.

I mold my spiritual and physical energy together to create raw chakra which I then apply nature transformation to to create doton chakra. Then I weave the Tiger hand seal and cause the ground below you to transform into a river of earth which causes your clone to lose balance. After this happens, as the river flows, I weave the Ram, Horse, and Dragon hand seals and create a dragon-like head from the top of the river that begins spewing dense mud bullets at your clone.

Cool technique. I like how it heavily relies on combinations with 2 other jutsu. So for advantages. It is an obvious follow up to Earth Flow River. In fact it is an easy way to utilize the mud source of earth flow river so it makes it a natural follow up. The mud bullets, unlike flame bullets, have physical impact and will deal blunt damage The technique itself carries no lethal power but it does deal some damage.

So for disadvantages. So lets assume you are going to use another technique after Earth Dragon Bullet. So this is a long combination and takes a lot of time to set up in which an opponent will easily counter it and attack you. The Earth Flow River itself requires a hand seal and then to follow up you have to string three hand seals for Earth Dragon Bullet. THEN you have to use another technique, possibly requiring hand seals, to continue with it. So basically it takes a ton of time to use this combination. A basic and obvious choice would be to ignite the mud bullets with fire.

Dunno how I feel about this technique. Honestly the prison is such a low rank and so easy to break out of that I wouldn't even bother wasting a move or chakra on this. But oh well I'll analyze it xD.

So I begin by molding my physical and spiritual energy together while weaving 4 hand seals. Then I apply nature transformation and create earth chakra from the raw chakra I created by combining physical and spiritual energy. Quickly I send that chakra down below my opponent and cause bamboo like prison bars to rise from the ground and surround my opponent.

So one question...how high do this bamboo rods go. I mean what stops someone from jumping out from the top? It doesn't say that the top of the prison has a C-ranked slab of earth on it so what is up with that >.>? Is the only thing seriously stopping them from jumping out the fact that they can't freeform out of a jutsu and HAVE to use something to break the prison?

Idk what advantages there are to this technique other than if your opponent is bad enough to let themselves get trapped by this then they deserve to die .-.

For disadvantages. 4 hand seals for something this simple is pretty high. Additionally you are using up one of your three jutsu for it and you certainly wouldn't want to open with this seeing as you lose your advantage over your opponent >.>

I just don't feel it with this technique >.<

I mold my spiritual and physical energies together and slam the ground while applying nature transformation to create doton chakra. As I do this I release the doton chakra into the ground directly in front of me causing a slab of earth to tilt upwards to create a wall at 90 degrees.

So cool technique. I'll start with advantages. It gives some freeform room with the number of slabs and the angle that the two slabs can be created at. So with the angle you can have anything from a slight increase of 1 degree to 90 degrees. So this forms a wall, something to trip someone, a barricade at 45 degrees, stuff like that. And of course you can use the technique to clear paths. But any technique that manipulates the terrain can effectively do this. So it isn't that big of a special advantage lol.

For disadvantages. Its important to remember that the technique can create two walls. But each wall is D-Rank in strength if that happens. So it limits you in that scenario. Other than that the only other disadvantage really is that the technique isn't a very strong defense. Anything above its rank can easily break it down and still hit you. But that is a pretty obvious and basic disadvantage.

So cool technique I think? It reminds me a lot of the previous mud river tech where it created a river except it doesn't require hand seals. My interpretation of this technique is that it creates the mud in front of you and then travels down instead of it just appearing under them. Unless I'm like totally off on that lol.

Basically I'm going to assume it just creates it in front of you and moves down as a river. So you raise your hands. Simple hand motion that isn't a hand seal. So it is faster than a technique that does require hand seals. And the mud is flammable (I assume?) but you can also increase its blunt power with a suiton and I'd assume a fuuton tbh because both would have the same affect. Honestly that part of the description is a bit funny cause I don't see why a wind range fuuton can't just increase the blunt power of it too.

So for disadvantages this technique requires you to form the mud in front of you and then have it travel down. Which is a little annoying. Other than that I don't see any other huge disadvantages to the technique other than an obvious hand motion by raising it to the sky like ya just don't careeeeee~~~~~

Similar to hiding like a mole, but a little different. Can you tell me what the difference is?

So to perform I'll channel doton chakra into the ground below me and in my body allowing me to merge with it. I silently slip into the ground without disrupting anything. Now underground I am quite slow and I am not able to really sense what is going on above me so I make a logical guess of the last location I saw your clone and emerge behind him. Once again I emerge silently without any disruption of the ground as I emerge.

So I'll start off with the key differences here. You don't turn the ground to sand and then turn it back to slip into it like Hiding like a Mole. Instead, you actually merge yourself with the ground and silently slip away into it to a maximum depth of 3 meters. So that is the first key difference. Now once you're underground you are part of the ground and merged with it. However, you're still chakra so dojutsu and sensory users can still see/feel you as they could in Hiding like a Mole. And just like in Hiding like a Mole you are very vulnerable to earth techniques such as Swamp and Earth Moving Core (A/S Rank versions). Now with Hiding like a Mole you're very quick while underground unlike this one. And you can't really sense what is going on on the surface of the earth without a sensory ability. So using this ability is quite dangerous to be honest and not really worth it in my honest opinion despite the differences.

I suppose the only true main advantage is the stealth. So if you can pull this off without an opponent knowing they can't attack you (without metagaming that is). But any dojutsu/sensory type will easily see through it and kill you before you can protect yourself.

Quickly Jugram molded his spiritual and physical energies together to create raw chakra which he then applied Nature Transformation to to enable him to create a significant amount of doton chakra. As he did these actions he would quickly weave the Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake hand seals. Then he would send his earth chakra into the earth in front of him directly creating a massive five meter wide chasm separating him and his sensei.

So really cool technique! Finally a Doton I can get on board with >.>.

So this essentially creates massive chasms with huge amounts of freeform with the technique give that you can decide the size of the technique. It is the first doton we have seen so far in the training that really takes control of the battlefield allowing you to split apart the ground and create a chasm in which the size is completely up to the user! This is a fantastic technique for directing enemy attacks, splitting up the enemy team, or simply creating a chasm for a certain black Griffin to fly out of (Ohai Toothless :3).

So the advantages are huge! The amount of freeform you get out of this technique is fantastic making it highly versatile. You can destroy defenses as well with it which is a huge plus or simply drop them into the chasm.

For disadvantages you can't use this firstly to drop enemies into it directly. Meaning you can't open it up under them. But still that isn't that bad. The biggest disadvantage with this is the number of hand seals it requires. It also has a lot of movements too. Not only do you have to weave the handseals but you have to drop to the ground making it a bit of a pain. But it is certainly worth it with this level of control of the battlefield.

Molding his energies together and performing the snake hand seal Jugram then applied nature transformation to his raw chakra creating doton chakra. Then he immediately slammed his hands on the ground releasing the chakra causing lots of rubble and debris to be released from the ground under his sensei's clone causing a whole mess of distractions and insanity U_U.

So simple technique. All it does is create a distraction through the use of doton chakra and deals some minor damage. So thats cool. This allows for you to attack through the rubble or use a surprise attack from below. Another cool feature of this is it lets you destroy any earth technique C-Rank and below (within size and shape ofc).

It is a very basic technique and the only thing I don't really like about it is that you have to use a hand seal and then slam your hands on the ground. So much movement >.>.

So a question about techniques like this before I go into performance and analysis. The 30 damage comes from the weighted punch. Would this then be doubled by the fact that I'm a Gyojin? Or how does that work exactly. Like on what moves do I double and what moves do I not.

Performing the snake hand seal I mold my spiritual and physical energies together to create raw chakra and then form the confrontation hand seal. As I do so I apply nature transformation to the raw chakra I created to create doton chakra which I send through my chakra network to my right arm and release it from my tenketsu creating an armor of sorts to encase my arm. As I do so I charge at Castiel's clone. Reaching the clone I make a swift punch with my right hand into the clone's gut.

So pretty basic technique that is pretty much elemental taijutsu (nintai through the use of doton). I think this is the first technique I've seen from the doton list that goes about this. Its basically a weak version of the Earth Hardening which does the same but which MUCH higher strength and versatility. So not only can this be used to punch someone but it can also be used to block as you're forming earth on your arm. So its important when defending with this to use it within reason of size, shape, and the strength of the technique being blocked. It can't stop a tidal wave even if it is lower ranked. But it can stop a kick, kunai, or smaller lower ranked techniques within elemental strengths and weaknesses.

So the only thing I really hate about this is the two hand seals. Well one hand seal + confrontation which doesn't take too long to use but regardless its still two hand seals. That makes it very difficult to use in the heat of the moment compared to say Earth Hardening which is simply using your own will to activate it. Other than that this is a fairly straight forward technique that has some uses but, like with most other techniques, a lot should be taken into account such as how long it takes, size, shape, and relative strength.

Weaving a few hand seals I manipulate my spiritual and physical energies to combine creating raw chakra allowing me to apply nature transformation to that chakra creating doton chakra. Channeling this chakra into the ground I apply shape manipulation to create a large tunnel capable of allowing people to travel through it very easily.

So kind of a useless technique in a fight because you are very clearly weaving the hand seals and creating a massive underground tunnel which would of course be accompanied by the noise and vibrations needed to create it. So this makes me feel as if this is an NW technique really only useful then. I honestly don't see any uses in combat especially because IF the opponent knows you're down there they can simply turn the surface of the earth into a swamp with Swamp of the Underworld drowning you and whoever else is in the tunnel.

So overall I really don't like this technique. It really just screams "never use me". And of course there is the major limitation that you can't even use this to tunnel through solid rock...only dirt and other much smaller particles.
So the next technique is a cool combination with the B-Rank (I think) ninjutsu Assimilation of All Creation. Basically this allows you to use the rock that makes up your body in that technique and fire them at your opponent making a weapon of sorts out of your own body. It is very important to note this only works if you assimilate into rock and other substances. Grass, trees, and what not will not work for this.

But nonetheless this is still a useful technique that allows you to launch forward rocks and other debris at your opponent if they are charging at you making it highly useful in those situations. But it is somewhat situational and really depends on the terrain and what you are assimilating into.
Weaving the necessary hand seals and raising my hands up I create a wave of mud which travels forth toward my opponent aiming to crush them. As the mud travels forward I weave the snake hand seal causing the mud to create a large hardened needle aiming to impale them.

So once again this is another follow up technique. This time it requires you to use Earth Flow Wave first before using this. It is useful because it grants an additional way in which you can use earth flow wave to create an impaling weapon carrying pretty high lethal power. The cool part about this technique is that you can use it where you want to use it at. Meaning you can wait until the earth flow wave gets into close range of the target and use this to prevent them from moving away and limiting their reaction time. Of course, that takes a bit of a degree of set up and planning so when using techniques like this it is important to keep that in mind.

Overall it is a fairly useful technique when you like using Earth Flow Wave. If not it is useless as it can only be used with that technique itself.

First one's a simple crushing trapping type Earth jutsu. Honestly, pretty generic but it's useful. I like using this in a combo with stone spikes.

Description: After forming the necessary seal Snake, the user creates two walls of earth and traps their target in between them, crushing them.

Second one has you turning the ground in front of you into dust particles and forming a wall of dust. I believe most dojutsus and sensors can see through this... although the dust may be chakra infused, so it will throw off vision, especially for regular ninjas.

... it's basically a sand attack, if you've ever played Pokemon ;-;

(Doton: Hokoriheki no Jutsu ) - Earth Release: Dust Wall Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra releasing it into the ground and with a wave of their arm or through the application of a weapon can cause a small wall of dust particles and sand to rise up from the ground and thrusting forwards. This technique creates a simple dust screen that will fade away after 3 turns.

Last jutsu in this set is kind of funny to visualize. You'll create a large rock by channeling your chakra through the ground. When it floats, it can then smash down and squash whatever's under it. Short range, which sucks. Mid would have made it a lot cooler ;-;
