You're being plain stupid really. Rinnegan is just an advance stage of sharingan. It can be deactivated by the owner of that eye. We seen Kakashi couldn't deactivate even sharingan because he didn't awakened it but he could deactivate MS because MS activated while Kakashi was wielding it. Same logic applies with Rinnegan too, who ever awakened it can deactivate as well. While Madara was dying his eyes showed as 3 tomoe sharingan, it was on the process of fading back to regular eyes.

And as I said before Sasuke had his sharingan active as well. If he deactivated his sharingan yet Rinnegan stayed active you would ve been right but that is not the case. Sasuke didn't deactivated his eyes, not couldn't.

No, he's actually defending Sasuke through defending Naruto. He wants people to agree Naruto got RM on his own, so that he can Sasuke awakened Rinnegan on his own. When in fact both powers were given to them by the sage, the seal was CT it wasn't the key to their new abilities.

I don't know why people keep saying naruto lost his RM after defeating kaguya as it was a power given by sage.
The power was not given to him by sage...!

Obito was the one who gave bijju chakra to naruto and all hagoromo gave to naruto was the seal his hand which also granted instantly healing and life force .(which is how he saved gai)

Sasuke awakened rinnegan on his own (probably after he got hashi's sage chakra or naruto's chakra) and a near death experience , it was not awakened by the sage.
Similarly, naruto unlocked RM on his own after he got the bijju chakra.

So naruto still have his RM, he just deactivated it because it was futile to keep it on while not in combat and sasuke didn't deactivate his rinnegan because he cannot do it, once you awaken rinnegan, you cannot deactivate it.

i agree but you can deactivate the rinnegan if they are your original eyes "madara did it and also he changed from ems to rinnegan in one of the newer episodes during the war but i can remember which one"

now if your like kakashi/obito were you've a transplanted a eye it always has to be active for some reason

If you say so, then why Sasuke awakened Rinnegan in only one eye and that too with tomoes in it. Indra's excuse won't answer this because Madara too was Indra when he awakened Rinnegan.

It's because of the seal Sasuke got from Hagoromo which awakened the Rinnegan. Also the powers were limited to their half portions and hence it seems that Sasuke got the rinnegan in the eye which is included in the Half Portion. Kaguya noticed the chakra as well

This has gone way too off topic, whether sasuke awakened rinnegan on his own or through hagoromo's help is entirely subjective and i am fine with either one.
There are still some people who think RM is a power given by sage and that he has lost it along with his seal which is wrong because RM is the power he got from the bijju not from the sage. Obito was the one who gave him his power.

Since sasuke pretty much confirmed that naruto still have an essence of bijju chakra in him and he is still the jinchuriki of all bijju , this alone proves he can still use RM.

the sage, in the last chapter, confirmed that he gave sasuke and naruto the same amount of power. So, yes naruto still has all his little jutsu and so does sasuke. Nothing was lost but the seals.
