Use that to search for some of the more popular manga. If it has a popular manga, It will likely have a popular anime. Theres even a thing on the side to help you select genres.

I suggest trying genres like shounen, comedy, and action.

Now for some suggestions from me. Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood. Trigun. Hunter x Hunter. Yu yu hakusho. beelzebub. Magi. They are all good that I would say fulfill action, adventure, and comedy.
