If naruto had consistent animation (ep 322) would it far surpass all other top animes

my guess is yes..given the potencial part1 had, its reasonable to assume that a consistent follow up would be remarkable..jus check the new openings Madara was a beast dame

is it still one of the big three?..because from wat i see,the animation for naruto is as bad as the story lol..look at kcm minato's hair..when he just arrived you could see his hair sticking upwards and later when back to normal..i thought this would be corrected in the anime but it wasn't..looks like the anime team jus said 'screw this,if kishi dont care,we dont care'
