Yeah but the sands situation is different imo. Naruto would be a kage already in any other village but the leaf. The leaf because its the center point of the manga and has been delevoped more character wise have a good amount of solid kage canidates. Kakashi is a clear cut winner for 6th hokage in my opinion because of skill, intellect and age imo. When narutos older definately.

Also naruto wouldnt accept the title of hokage until he saves sasuke.
