During the clash of Rikudo Madara and Naruto + Sasuke combo after their "about to die" moment, Madara clearly stated that Naruto obtained the Senjutsu of the Sage and Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan.

After defeating Kaguya, Naruto's Senjutsu vanished with seal while Sasuke still has the rinnegan.

So, tell me, is it a plot hole?

Does Kishi think that for Naruto VS Sasuke, Sasuke must be kept with the rinnegan during the battle to maintain the balance?
OR
He's holding Naruto back by keeping his Senjutsu deactivated and letting him fight against Rinnegan-activated Sasuke?

I think the second one is the appropriate one...

In both cases, Sasuke seems to be the weaker element, Am I right or not?

OT.seals have nothing to do with hagoromos chakra in them. those seals were just to seal away the threat, it doesnt affect their power so they only lose their seal markings. sasuke has the rinnegan because he didnt lose hagoromos chakra, same with naruto who still has his cloak as he has all bijjus chakra. hes obv going to turn it on nxt week or he would easily get stomped its that simple. if anythink narutos base alone would handle sasuke then they need to log off and quit fanboying.
