I'm taking this college class where it supposed to be about Health, but the teacher is something else. He doesn't go by the rules basically and instead teaches us about being positive in life and I'm taking it upon myself to take his lessons and put them into myself and I honestly feel better. One part I learned is that when you have friends that are negative 24/7 or is doing something and it brings you down every time, you can cut them off without feeling bad. Actually you can cut anyone out of you're life you feel doesn't bring you that positive energy. Does anyone have a friend or friends or even family members you feel if they were to be cut of you're life you would honestly feel better? I've actually done this for past 2 weeks and it works for me =D
