First of all, why did Sasuke use a sprint/jumping motion if he was just going to use the rinnegan? Second if he was going to use this technique, why would he teleport in front of naruto, why not behind to surprise him? Lastly, sasuke needs to switch with something in order to teleport, it certainly doesn't look like he swapped places with anything.

It doesn't matter if base Sasuke is faster than base naruto. Fully powered Naruto is faster than fully powered Sasuke. Even if he isn't, Naruto is still better at utilizing speed than Sasuke. Don't forget that Sasuke couldn't even land a hit on Kaguya with instantaneous speed, while Naruto was able to chop off her arm with near-instant speeds. Also, Sasuke can blitz 1 time until he needs to recharge, while Naruto can blitz as many times as he feels like until his chakra runs out.

Naruto still is faster though. He surpassed Sasukes speed after the 5 kage summit. Saved Sakura from a point blank attack from Sakura

However look how rounded Hashirama's head/hair is.
