A good example of this is Sasuke and Naruto clash in today's chapter.

If 2 actions happen in two different panels, the right one has priority; as Japanese read from right to left.

4. When clashed, they both on a round head statue

You see the curved line beneath them? It's either hashi head or the curve of the earth which suddenly appeared in last panel of the chapter

Everytime sasky kun used his s/t, kishi shows his eye with lines . This time nothing at all. So its safe to say its foot speed. But its all good because naruto is in base mode, that's why he's pretty damn slow. With super saiyan 4, he can compete

That is the most relevant one because the 2 little panels from above where you can see clouds on both statues are panels that are followed after that big panel, the last one.

Clouds move, the last big panel shown us the last position of the clouds.

Madara does not have clouds over his head in the last panel.

I'm not guessing; there are clouds on the picture.

Over Hashi head they are, over Madara's they aren't. Check the last picture that shows then on the statues, the wide one.
