Naruto is Sage's body so his foot speed should be at least equal or little supperior.

The only advantage Sasuke has over Naruto is Precogniton ability to see attacks in slow motion which makes up for that gap making both of them around the same speed in scans.

it just proof Naruto and Sasuke's taijutsu with no enhacements is at the same level. Although Sasuke has Sharingan precognition to see attacks incomming as his advantage showing Naruto's reaction time is supperior while their's foot speed seems equal

The only advantage Sasuke has over Naruto is Yin part, it is when Genjutsu, Sussano or other eye powers come to use which force Naruto to enhance/amplify his body power entering specific mode.

Also it just same as If Sasuke would use basic Sharingan genjutsu and Naruto need to enter enhanced mode to even stand out chance

you obviously arent understanding how strong sasuke currently is. they are standing on top of one of the heads. if sasuke blitzed naruto (making it to the other side) and base naruto was able to react and counter(given how strong and fast sasuke is) then it shows that naruto in base(or without cloak) isnt a fodder.

if naruto got over there in that short amount of time then base naruto is pretty fast and alot of people make him out to be average speed.

sasuke is in the same form that he fought kaguya and madara with while naruto is in base. likely sasuke with his stats (without rinne tech) probably couldve broken naruto's jaw in base are blitz him. it didnt happen, which means that base naruto is stronger then some give him credit for. just like is 6 gates lee and kiba clashed, if kiba wasnt instantly fodderized then it shows that kiba deserves more credit

All true, if your scenarios are spot on. However, as i said, if Sasuke was the one to run to Naruto, nothing suggests he used S/T, most likey he simply ran/jumped. If Naruto was the one who ran to Sasuke, nothing suggests he got there that fast, as you say (how did you make out that it was a short amount of time?). That kind of distance is easily covered by anyone.

What doesn't make any sense is how they ended up on one of the statue heads, if they ran at the same time. I'm kinda confused about that.
