Looks realistic 
Something's need to be worked on like the lining of the face (it doesn't look straight) and maybe make it a little wider, from mid-up to make it look more feminine. The mouth also looks a little too big for Hinata. I like how you did the eyes and nose and the hair looks pretty neat. :3
Although I don't like realistic Hinata (just my pov) this ones pretty good overall. Especially the coloring. ^_^

The face was actually straight, but I tried to cover that part with some hair and that didn't come out well as i thought
