Base Natsu has every counter to Naruto's moves. I don't think he would die that easily. I would expect a close match up between these two monsters.

Base Naruto has alot of stamina, would sent a alot of rasengans barrage (like shadow clones did at Kurama)
Base Natsu is slower than Naruto. he is not much of strategist. He can't defeat army( Royal knights) when Base Naruto can with his shadow clones.
